The quest to unravel the mysteries of human behaviour and isolate the drivers behind why we do the things we do, dates back thousands of years, to the origins of civilised man. Gary and Carmen are part of a growing global community of behavioural specialists that continue the quest of our forefathers, driven by their passion to contribute to the growth and wellbeing of mankind.
Gary and Carmen’s knowledge and expertise is founded primarily upon practical and hands-on experience acquired through their years as successful leaders in the commercial arena. They have also committed thousands of hours to learning from thought leaders within their field and continue to ‘sharpen the saw’ daily.

His extensive corporate experience and ongoing behavioural research has made him an expert in his field, but apart from his knowledge, clients thoroughly enjoy his energy, honesty and animated sense of humour.
Gary is also a certified NLP Coach, a practitioner in Timeline™ Paradigm Techniques and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy as well as a Demartini Method Facilitator.
Carmen Filippa: MD Wilde Insights™
Carmen is a behavioural specialist, accomplished businesswoman and entrepreneur with many years experience in the blue chip arena both locally and abroad. She is the founder of Wilde™ Creations, a strategic event management company and co-owner of Wilde™ Insights. The diversity of her two companies is testimony to her own obsession with continuous learning and reaching for the extraordinary.
Through extensive research over the last two decades, Carmen has acquired a wealth of powerful insights about the systemic and behavioural drivers that bring about outstanding results in people’s lives.
She has an honours degree in Clinical Psychology and is a certified NLP Coach, a practitioner in Timeline™ Paradigm Techniques and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy as well as a Demartini Method Facilitator.
